Urinary incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine. It can affect both physical & emotional well-being. More commonly seen in Old age people
Types of urinary incontinence
• Stress incontinence: Leaking of urine with coughing, sneezing, While lifting something heavy & exercise like running & jumping. 
• Urge incontinence: Sudden & unpredictable overwhelming urge to urinate, with leaking of small to large amounts of urine. 
Treatments depend on the type of incontinence & how much it affects your life. 
After your doctor knows what has caused the incontinence, your treatment may include medicines, simple exercises, or both. 
There are also some things you can do at home. In many cases, these lifestyle changes can be enough to control incontinence.
• Cut back on caffeine drinks, such as coffee and tea. 
• Don’t smoke. 
• Stay at a healthy weight.
• Exercise regularly
If you have symptoms of Urinary Incontinence, don’t be embarrassed to tell your doctor. Most people with incontinence can be helped or cured.
